  • Milk/Water


  • Step 1: Take a teapot and pour half a liter of milk or water into the pot and turn on the stove. 

  • Step 2: Keep the stove on a mid-flame. In the meantime, take a cup and add honey, cinnamon stick, and lemon extract to the bowl.

  • Step 3: Stir all the ingredients together until they’re finely mixed together. 

  • Step 4: Pour the boiling water into the cup and stir the mixture using a spoon. 

  • Step 5: Use the CBD tea bag and dip it into the cup a few times or leave it in there for a couple of minutes.

  • Step 6: Remove the CBD teabag and the CBD tea would be ready to be served. Enjoy. 

Note: You could use almonds or walnuts to make the tea more flavorful.
